A matching record of type XLE_ENTITY_PROFILES can't be found

Summary:

Hi Team,

we are trying to create a contract , we are getting error of

"A matching record of type XLE_ENTITY_PROFILES can't be found using the value of the attribute LegalEntityName provided, or the matching record isn't active. Cause: No record exists with the specified attribute value or a matching record does exist however it isn't active. Action: Update the attribute value to reference an existing, active record."

Please suggest what the action plan to resolve this error.
