Probation Period with Different approval Cycle for annual leave

Hi
We have a requirement that , as per our policy the Employee is eligible for annual leave if under probation which is 90days , and there is exception if approved by higher management , I tried to create Eligibility profile and add Probation period as more than 90 Days , it is working , but when HR team need to add the Annual leave for same employee From Person Management-->Absence Records --> Add Absence , the Leave type is also not displaying there , I was looking for the solution , is it any way the we can enable of
