Is there an FBDI or Batch API to perform Bill Plan updates on multiple unique Contracts in OraclePPM

Summary:

We have a scenario to update Bill Plan to HOLD or Release Hold for multiple contracts as part of a single request ( mass update ). We looked at the API documentation : https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/sales/faaps/op-contracts-contractsuniqid-child-billplan-billplanuniqid-patch.html and do not see Batch Update as the option to update bill plans.

Looking for a confirmation on our options to perform a mass update either through an FBDI or API

- Is there an FBDI to update multiple bill plans in Oracle PPM for different Unique Contract IDs ? If so, can you please share the template
