What is the difference between Eligible and Credited and between Eligible and Classified??

Summary:

We had imported transactions on Tuesday and they all credited and classified. We imported new transactions on Wednesday. There were no overlaps. But, 20% of the transactions had their status change from credited/classified to Eligible. What does Eligible mean? Earnings calculated correctly.
