Oracle EPM Updates - Jan 2024

I have a question regarding the EPM Release Updates for January 2024. After checking the Oracle website, I noticed that there are no new features released this month.

On a Doc ID, I found that there are no fixes for FCCS in January. However, I observed that there are considerations mentioned. Interestingly, these considerations are the same as those listed in January 2023.

Could someone please guide me on what these considerations are, and why they persist in both 2024 and 2023?
