Is it possible to remove seeded validation on phone number fields for US & CA

Summary:

US & Canada have seeded validation on Phone number fields and allows only 7 digits in Phone number field and 3 Digits in area code. We store our zoom call dial in ID's in phone type "Telepresence" and would want to store all 10 digits in phone number field for this phone type but the seeded validation doesn't allow this.

Would it be possible to add validations based on phone types for countries. We can add 3 digits in area code and the rest 7 digits in Number field but that doesn't make sense for the zoom dial in ID and is not a good employee experience.
