Can you split PO Distribution by Percentage% instead of amount/quantity?

Summary:

Our client needs to be able to split their PO distribution by percentage (ex 50/25/25). Out of the box, I see that Oracle allows you to do it by quantity (if item/goods based) or by amount (if fixed priced). Is there a way to split the PO distribution by inputing percentages? Client would rather not have to manually calculate the percentages on quantities/amounts if possible.
