Limits reached even though limits overview states 0
Dear All,
happy good day.
Wanted to create a biger "Always free" instance "VM.Standard.A1.Flex, during the creation form the result is, "Service limit will be reached. Upgrade your account or manage resources.", means so far nothing is running and once created the limits are full.
When I try to create the instance I get: You cannot create a VM.Standard.A1.Flex because you have reached your limit. Upgrade to a paid account."
So I took a look into the limits overview. In every single category I have full availability, So my question is how do I get around this error?
