Temporary blocking Roads for OTM Shipment Planning

We have a prospect who is requiring the following:

For the planning process some roads need to be blocked using geo-codes (Example they gave is bridges requiring tall and other operational reasons). The geo-codes describe rectangles like the following: 37.64371, 30.51703; 37.64371, 30.53193; 37.63463, 30.53193; 37.63463, 30.51703. My question is if there is any option in OTM to block roads so they will not be considered during the shipment planning process using geo-data.
