FRS with records exclusion for given company/PBS

Summary: is it possible with FRS to exclude certain CoA records for one PBS value but include for other PBS value?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): for example, we have PBS values as Co1, Co2, and Co3.

we need all(!) records for Co1 and Co2, but only subset of records from Co3. BIP approach would be to build RDBMS data model with UNION of 2 separate SQL queries, but curious if similar is possible with Essbase and FRS report
