Inquiry Regarding Gender Identity Field for Irish Users

I have a query related to the 'Demographic Info' section under the 'Personal Info' tab in the 'Me' category.

In Oracle there is a dedicated field called "Gender Identity" for UK customers, allowing users to register any gender they wish to manage. However, I'm uncertain about how this works for our Irish user population.

Given that our operations extend to Ireland, I am keen to understand how to add additional gender values to align with the setup we have for the UK population. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to locate the relevant options for the Irish demographic configuration.
