MFA Issue; unable to login

I have an ongoing issue that hasn't been resolved for week and I wanted to reach out for support on what to do. I am unable to gain access to my Oracle Cloud free-tier account due to some things involving MFA. I got a new computer so I lost my FIDO key, resulting in being locked out.

To verify your credentials using FIDO Authenticator Security Key or Windows Hello, click Verify.
I tried going to a certain part of the site to turn it off but I'm still facing the issue of it asking for the verification.
