Notification to Manufacturing Engineer- Item structure change

We would like to receive notification to Manufacturing Engineer whenever there is a change in Item structure

We are using seeded role - manufacturing engineer, and assigned same to the user.

Whenever there is any change to item structure, person who is assigned with manufacturing engineer role should receive the notification related to the change.

Changes to the item structure are done through change orders.

Currently, the notification related to changes (either through change order or without change order), are not received to manufacturing engineer.

Please let us know how to resolve this issue.
