Summary:

Terminated old instance because of OS failures, couldn't re-create a new one due to lack of resources. How can I reclaim the old resources or get new ones?

Hello, I had extreme difficulties with my Oracle free-tier cloud compute A1 instance. I was running an Ubuntu server, so the only way to reset the operating system was to delete the boot volume and make a new one. After I deleted the volume, I found that you can only make a new boot volume if you create a new instance, so I terminated my instance to go and create a new one. After terminating I found that I can't create a new one due to lack of resources. How can I reclaim them? Thanks!
