All Fixed Assets Created are going to 71 division regardless of asset key

Summary: Whenever we create a new asset, regardless of the asset key and the location selected, it is going to 71 division.

we checked Manage Asset Category. depreciation expense account is being overridden anytime we setup a new asset because not all assets are under Finance.

we need to select based on the asset key and location.
