Learning community Not working in Browse Page

Hi Team,
When trying to click on Get Started in Browse Page under Recommendation page , it is throwing an error with standard oracle employee role.
We create this recommendation using 2 below use case
- One of the learner recommended an official community to the learner
- Learning specialist used Recommendation to assign community to the learner.
Both of them are throwing error.
