OIC Business Identifier ( Tracking) Issue in Gen2

Summary:

I have an integration which exposed two verbs ( POST and GET ). I deleted the GET flow from the integration and now I am not able to update the tracking fields also I can see multiple tracking fields of same name . Looks to be a bug to me , please suggest.

I only have one operation ( POST).
