How to use out of the box endpoints OSF

I'm fairly new to designing with OSF, and it's becoming a bit challenging to understand how to correctly use out-of-the-box endpoints. I've already read the documentation: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/cx-commerce/dosfa/this-guide1.html#GUID-76BCABFA-CC6E-4CE7-8CE7-AF92308703F9 and some others on how to transition from classic to OSF, but it's not very clear because there are no real examples. I hope to find some clarity on this matter. Could you help me understand, with real examples, how to consume an API like 'listProducts' (using React)?
