AOR Security - restrict AOR from viewing global transferred workers

Hi,

We have created HR Admin Custom Role to view/edit employees using AOR's. We would like to know why, HR Admin have the visibility once the employee globally transferred.

Example: "GVC HR Administrator Country Exclude HR" - custom role created and also restricted in Data Roles and Security Profiles and assigned to India HR Admin.

However, if the employee globally transferred from India to any other country still India HR Admin have feasibility to view employee details.

How to restrict to view only India country employees? Provided screenshot details for your reference.
