Is there a way we can set for PW record to be canceled automatically if they are still active

One of our business users have requested us to check the feasibility of the application, if we can schedule a process(Ess job) or any other automation to automatically deleted the pending worker records if its active for more the 45 days, or is there a way we can bulk delete the PW records from the system completely.
