Different permissions to same table access for the same role

Summary:

We need provide different access permissions to EXCHANGE RATE for the same role:

- Records with EXCHANGE_RATE_GID contains 'AUT' needs only 'Read' permission.

- Records with EXCHANGE_RATE_GID does not contains 'AUT' needs 'All' permissions.

We have tried to implement the next conditions in VPD profile:

But it does not works (No exchange rates is displayed).

Can you please tell us if is it possible achieve this?
