Can we create a new account in CPQ using APIs?

Summary:

We want to create new Accounts in the CPQ Account database from Oracle ERP via Oracle Integration Cloud. However, while checking the APIs, we aren't able to find any REST or SOAP APIs that enable us to do so.

Do we have any documentation or whitepaper if we want to achieve this use-case?
