Order Management cloud - Send email default recipients

Hello,

when using the functionality to send the order template to the customer (Action --> create document --> send email), how can we define which are the Contacts email addresses that will be defaulted in the TO and CC fields?

For example:

-only the primary contact email addresse will be defaulted in to, if we have many contacts associated to the same customer account?

-if the primary contact has more than one email contact point, all the email contact points will be defaulted, or only the ones with a specific purpose?

-How can we specify which email default in TO and which in CC?
