Synchronizing users between two identity domains ERP-IDCS and EPM IDCS

Summary:

We are currently in the EPM/ePBCS implementation phase and wanted to check if the users can be synced between Fusion(ERP) Identity Domain and EPM Identity Domain.

Are there any step by step documentation to achieve this need? so that we don't need to create users manually.
