Does anyone use the HCM platform for educational assistance?

Summary: We currently use SharePoint for our employees to request reimbursement for college courses, licenses, certifications. They are asked eligibility questions to determine if they are eligible for reimbursement and then after the class is taken, they submit for reimbursement with proof of their grade/completion. A file is sent to payroll and the reimbursement is paid via payroll.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Is anyone using the system for this? We were thinking maybe journeys and custom notifications, but if others have already done something similar, would love to hear what you have done.
