The OIC On-Prem Agent logs should be accessible from the OIC UI

The log files for the OIC On-Premises Agent should be available through the Oracle Integration Cloud user interface.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

This would make it very easy for integration developers, support staff, and administrators to monitor and troubleshoot on-premises connections.
