Summary:

  1. If an Product offer is rejected by an approver, it should revert to "In design" status, since "In design" state is where one can make changes. This gives the the Product Manager the ability to address the review comments and resubmit the Product Offer using the Initiative.

we understand that but If an initiative is rejected, does the initiative status automatically change to rejected?

or someone have to do it manually?
