Excluded learning records are appearing in My Learning and are giving an error when clicking on them

Excluded learning records are appearing under Me > Learning > My Learning when the enrollment filter is set to ALL. If you click on the course tile you will get a 'You don't have access to this learning item' error message. The indicator is that the course does not have a status.

However, If you export the transcript, the excluded records do not appear.
