Syndicated Widget using Engagement Engine Not working in Internet Explorer

Hi All,

I was successfully able to invoke Syndicated Proactive chat widget using Engagement Engine on Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome Browser. It is not working on Internet Explorer. I have checked in Internet Explorer versions 9 - 11. 

I ran the Inspector Key script on the browser script window and it is returning the value 'TRUE' .  I have attached the screenshot below.

Can anyone shed some light into this problem.
