How to identify bit mapping for change_bitmap in EGO_ITEM_EFF_B table

In Fusion Database we have table EGO_ITEM_EFF_B, everytime we make changes to EFF attributes change_bit_map column stores the information that which column is changed in a row but how to identify which bit is mapped on which column
