How to Automate order creation from Procurement contract?

Summary:

We have the business requirement wherein the Procurement Team has define the delivery schedule of the contract in the Fulfillment by adding multiple lines based on agreement with the supplier. Based on this, PO's should be automatically created for the fulfillment line as they are reached rather than the team manually creating the orders from the Contract.
