How to suppress '0' amount rows from the ess job 'Extracts General Ledger Cube Balances'

We are getting error while running 'Extracts General Ledger Cube Balances' ess job which is extracting the lines with '0' amount period activity as well. Is there any way, we can suppress '0' amount rows from the seeded extract.
