What options are there for exporting calculated data (ie:parents and member formulas) from ASO cube?

Summary:

We have a fairly large ASO database, with one of our dimensions containing 193k members. Many of these members are shared members for alternate hierarchies with the ultimate number of stored/non-shared base-members being around 96k.  The hierarchy that where we are trying to obtain base-member data contains 68k base members. Still a quite lot.  Our Account dimension only has 2.5k members, but there are again some shared members for alternate hierarchies as well as member formula calculated members. We are really only trying to export 11 members from the account dimension, but all of them are shared/member-formulas.

Our users are trying to perform an export of data via SmartView and are running into challenges with getting SmartView to return all desired results. We are running into a lot of timeout issues, which I know can be extended, but how high should one increase this value? I think I saw that Oracle implemented a query governor killing any queries that run past 15 minutes? We have suppression enabled for #missing and no data, but our users are still finding it very challenging/cumbersome to extract the desired data.
