Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Trying to use the calculation type 'Flat Amount times Multiplier' in Values defined by criteria. The requirement is to multiply a flat amount by the working hours of the employee and given as an allowance. I am using the multiplier as 'work hours'. Can someone please suggest how to use this calculation type? On choosing the salary basis there is an error saying that the VDC should return a flat amount.
