Summary:

We don't want to submit a timecard with just a start time. Here is a common scenario. We have people who clocked in a little later than they should have for various reasons. They go to their manager asking them to fix the start time. Managers go in to adjust the start time and they get an error that they need a start and end time. But the employee has not clocked out.
