When Manager perform an absence disbursement, approval trigger

Hi Expert,

We have a requirement, when a Line Manager, perform an annual accrual balance disbursement for their reportee, the approval transaction should trigger.

I tried to create an Approval rule in Global Absence Disbursement Transaction but no luck.

Please let me know If anyone achieve this.
