Missing items in table members

Summary:

Scenario: There's ItemA, and ItemB

Both are Visible in Plan inputs with the correct Org association.

both have shipment history uploaded.

itemA is visible in table members tab>Available Members>Heirarchy (Product)

But ItemB is not.
