Need the production report template for contract manufacturers to populate via supplier portal

I want my contract manufacturers to populate a file with their production updates and upload it via the supplier portal. I see how to upload the file, but I am not able to find the template that needs to be filled out. What file does this supplier portal interface accept or require?
