ARCS - How to give a user access to specific profile

I have a question about how to assign users access to reports in ARCS.

I have created a report for each profile; each user should only be able to see the report related to the profile they have been assigned to. For example, italian users only have access to the italian profile and, consequently, should only be able to see and download the italian report. 

The problem is that in the report configuration I can only assign access based on the users' role; I cannot assign access only to specific users/teams (as opposed to profile segregation).

This way, all users set for a specific role can view all reports, for example, both Italian and French reports.
