Redwood Self Service for Manager - My Team Search by the Learning Specialist

Summary:

Prior to enabling Redwood Self Service for Managers, the Learning Specialist was able to search for any learner within the organization under My Team --> Learning but after enabling Self Service Redwood for Managers and adding the "Use REST Service - Learning Record Searches by Manager" role to a custom Learning Specialist role, the Learning Specialist is still unable to search any users under My Team --> Learning if they are not a Line Manager.

Is there a role or privileges that will allow Learning Specialist access to search any learner within the organization through the My Team --> Learning area?
