PAYE, NI and Court orders Payroll Entries Missing Cost Center Value

Summary:

We have configured payroll costing, and the payroll elements have a costing type of Costed, including PAYE, NI and Court Orders. On running a quickpay for an employee, the segments for Cost Center and Account Code for all elements with a classification of Earnings, Voluntary Deduction are populated as expected. But for PAYE, NI Employee, NI Employer and Earnings Arrestment Deduction, the Account Code is populated, but Cost Center segment is not populated. I cannot see any steps taken in the configuration to cause this, as the expectation is that the system will retrieve the cost center from the
