Summary:

Activity Summary emails are no longer being sent consistently to our users and this has been happening since (we believe) sometime in October of 2023. Users used to receive the emails on new period/recons and on status changes, but now it appears that we don't get any notifications on new period/recons and only some of the status change notifications are being received. We've confirmed nothing is being blocked at the email level as we can capture all inbound at the edge and nothing is being blocked.

We had the same issue last year that was reported on 3-31278865601 and were told this was a known, unpublished bug which has since been fixed. The work around then was to change the system time zone settings to something other than GMT and then change it back.
