Derived Factor Length of Service based on Seniority Date

edited Jan 19, 2024 12:00PM in Workforce Management 4 comments

Summary:

We have an absence plan for female employees to access the "Maternity -Paid" (no entitlement) plan only who completed 1 year of service.

The derived factor is working fine based on the hire date, but we came across one issue -one female employee completed 1 year in LE-A and globally transferred to LE-B (both LEs are under one LDG so the same plan will be there).

Issue: Since the derived factor LOS is created based on the hire date GT employee is not eligible for that leave plan (it's picking GT's legal employer start date and falls under ineligible) we need to make a change based on seniority dates to eligible GT records if they have completed 1 year of service in previous LE. we have V2 seniority dates we can not use any date except Hire date in derived factor as per replay from the oracle in raised SR.

Howdy, Stranger!
