Hi All,


We are getting the "An error occurred while loading the content from content server" ice cream error when trying to launch any external learnings in our test environments. For internal learnings, uploaded via SCORM are also not playing, they are just showing a blank box with no play button visible.

I have run the Post Refresh Rich Media process and checked all profile options. This is occurring in all lower test environments and includes UCM data. I have also validated the Akamai report as green. Has anyone else ran into this post refresh? Are there additional processes that need to be ran?
