Non catalog Request Attachments Visibility

Hi,

  1. How can you allow all approvers within an approval chain to view the attachment a learner has added to a non catalog request form?
  2. When an approver has requested more information from the learner within the approval chain, how can you allow other approvers in the chain to also view the information?
