Recently Withdrawn Assignments Alert composer unexpected behavior

In the recipient of my "Recently Withdrawn Assignments" Alert composer notification message, i use the following token :

${learnerLearningRecords.statusChangeComment} : I use this comment to retrieve the Learning Specialist's comment when a user is withdrawn. The problem here is related to the ORA_WLF_WITHD_RSN_AUTO status, which generates an automatic "No Completed/Active/Pre Active offering assignment exists" comment. The only comments we want to report are those written by the Learning Specialist and located below the ORA_WLF_WITHD_RSN_SPEC lookup. Why this status is auto generated if we do it manually ?
