getting duplicate seniority dates in OTBI report Fusion

Summary:

Oracle Fusion OTBI report is there giving duplicate records for one of the employee. It showing two seniority date records out of it we need earliest seniority date record only in the particular job. I have Tried to use MAX function on the seniority date filter but not able get expected result.Please find the attached report Output, xml and sql files used.
