As discussed here; https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/674035/my-f2a-device-is-broken-and-i-cant-login-to-oracle#latest

I am currently locked out of my account, due to my old phone died (blame samsung SoC, and snapdragon 8!), which does i cannot login anymore.

Fortunately, my content isn't "important", it was more the access to the service that was provided, that was important, that i can easely rebuild.

So, is it possible that you can ask for a deletion of your account anywhere, so you can create it from scratch again? Is there a guide to this process?

I am fully aware that this will mean that all content on the instance is lost, and i am fine with that.

Howdy, Stranger!
