Shipment creation issue for Transfer order

Summary:

Hi

I am trying to create Shipment request for Transfer order using Soap service (/fscmService/ShipmentService/processCreateUpdateShipment).

Please find the Soap service request payload and response.

What we should we pass value to attributes ShipFromOrganization, CustomerNumber, ShipToPartySiteNumber?

Because in Transfer order case, do we need to define inventory Organization as customer?

Please let us know How to Create Shipment request for Transfer Order?
