How to load the Learning Record status as 'Requested' and 'Approved'

Hi Experts,

Our client has few learning records at the 'Requested' and 'Approved' status in their as-is System. Please help us the way to provide the workaround to load the status in OLC using HDL. As per our Knowledge allowed statuses are ORA_ASSN_REC_ACTIVE, ORA_ASSN_REC_COMPLETE, ORA_ASSN_REC_WITHDRAWN, ORA_ASSN_REC_DELETED.
